Helping others to find work

Nancy Fink knows first hand about the growing number of unemployed.

For nearly two decades she has been helping people find work at the state of Maryland's Department of Labor.

But these days the number of people coming through her door is increasing and in this first person account she talks about the struggle to get so many back into the workplace.
