China's musical export

The Pipa is a Chinese musical instrument that is usually played in the rural regions of the country. It has come to Manhattan courtesy of a music festival.

In this first person account Wu Man, a Pipa composer, spoke to us about the need to promote and preserve China's musical heritage.
