California's overcrowded prisons

With over 170,000 inmates California has the most overcrowded prison system in America and now federal judges are forcing lawmakers to alleviate the problem.

It's an issue which could go all the way to the supreme court.

The BBC's Rajesh Mirchandani went to Chino prison where the overcrowding is so bad that some inmates claim it sparked a recent riot.
