A change of heart?
Swizzles sweets
When was the last time you had a Love Heart?

The pastel coloured, fruity flavoured sweets may be a little different these days to the last time you shared a packet.

No longer do they just have terms of endearment.

Over the years 'Call Me' has been joined by 'Fax Me' and more recently 'Email Me'. Swizzels Matlow who make the sweets, along with Parma Violets, Drumsticks and many other popular treats, in their 150 year old mill in Derbyshire have moved with the time.

The two families behind the company are celebrating its 80th birthday this year and despite the strong history of the brand they're determined to keep apace with the changing demands and interested of sweet eaters.
