I would like to congratulate the BBC, Simon Reeve and his production team on this enlightening, original and often amusing series. Please find some more places that don't exist and keep Simon on the telly!

This is a brilliant documentary series! Fascinating and made all the more "accessible" to all with the mixture of humour and political facts.

Being eastern European I really want all the eastern Europe regions to be recognised in their own way. These countries are important and play a big role in Europe, even though most of "modern" Europe doesn't recognise them.
Jana Kubalova, London

Trans-Dniester should be recognised as an independent state. Good for them to be proud about their achievements.
Ernie O'Lynch, London

From the outset of the programme, right to the end, I was captured. Very, very entertaining. The presenter was great and very informative. I enjoyed the programme because it was not pro-Western. It showed parts of the world that are never covered on television. Thank you for screening the programme and thank the presenter for doing such a good job. Well done!
Wullae, Scotland

Simon Reeve is such a great reporter. I watched his series on The Stans and was captivated. He has a warmth, freshness and honesty about him which is as yet (apparently) not tinged by the world-weary cynicism that seems to affect many reporters. Let's see him soon on BBC1!
Gill Saidi, Amersham
