Cases that Changed Our World

In a new series of the Sunday Supplement in which Clive Coleman - who presents 'Law In Action' for Radio 4 - looks at court cases which had profound effects on our judicial system.

In part one, he takes us back to the 17th century when a judge threatened to starve jurors unless they produced a guilty verdict.
