In the think tanks
For the Sunday Supplement this week, we start a new series of "In The Think Tanks".

Dennis Sewell has been asking the policy wonks if they see 2007 as a year of opportunity. After all, there'll be a new man at Number 10. Will he be in the market for fresh ideas to reinvigorate the Labour government after ten years in office?

In part two, Dennis Sewell looks at how the debate over school choice may take a radical turn of direction in the year ahead.
