In a new series for The Westminster Hour in March 2004, we take a light-hearted look at the week in politics - through the eyes and ears of Daily Mail sketch-writer, Quentin Letts.

In his first report, Quentin goes in search of Alastair Campbell, joins the Welsh celebrating St David's Day, meets canine friends in Westminster and sees the political snaps.
