Conservative peer Lord Young to end compensation TV ads
Conservative peer Lord Young says he will end adverts on TV by insurance companies appealing for people to apply for compensation as he leads a review into health and safety laws.
He also claims some health and safety legislation is a 'music hall joke' as he debates his brief alongside Tory MP David Davis.
