Nigel Farage on Van Rompuy: 'Not a publicity stunt'

UKIP MEP Nigel Farage who has been told to make a series of apologies after his comments on Herman vn Rompuy and Belgian told the Daily Politics: "I have not done this as a publicity stunt."

Asked if he would apologise to the nation and to the EU president after comparing him to low-grade bank clerks, Mr Farage claimed he would apologise to bank staff.
