The dangers of dog legislation
There are fresh calls for the government to review the Dangerous Dogs Act, which in the past has been described as one of the worst pieces of legislation ever seen. But should the law concentrate on cracking down on types of dogs or the owners themselves? Giles Dilnot reports.
