Tory dilemma over Lisbon referendum

If the Lisbon Treaty Treaty is ratified, it would leave the Tory party with some tricky questions as David Cameron gave a cast-iron guarantee a Conservative government would hold a referendum on any EU treaty that emerged.

The party said it will lay out its plans later in the week and Robert Oulds, director of the Bruges Group and chairman of Slough Conservative Association, gave his views.
