After its award winning programmes on mothers falsely accused of smothering their babies, such as Sally Clark and Angela Cannings, the Real Story team investigates a further possible miscarriage of justice - this time in the family court.
Muntaz - not her real name- is a British-born Asian mother who the family court concluded had tried to smother her baby.
The child, known as 'U', is now in the care of a local authority, waiting to be adopted.
Earlier this year Muntaz had her appeal thrown out by the Appeal Court, but new evidence - discovered by Real Story - has emerged and there is to be a second appeal on 8 December.
Real Story has investigated Muntaz's extended family in Bangladesh and has found striking new evidence to suggest that there might be a genetic cause for the seizures suffered by Child U, casting doubt on the original decision.
The team has also looked into Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy, now bracketed under the broader term Fabricated or Induced Illness - the controversial condition where women harm their children in order to get attention - symptoms which Muntaz is said to have "exhibited" prior to her court hearing.
The programme includes a rare American interview with Professor Sir Roy Meadow, who first described Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy.
The programme also examines the secrecy of the family court.
