Hajj Nasr

Map shows the location of Hajj Nasr

Beirut is often called 'the Paris of the East' and the predominantly Christian district of Achrafiyeh in east Beirut is known particularly for its francophile style.

In the many cafes around Sassine Square you will find a cafe culture built around intellectual discussion and political debate in which locals young and old take part.

At the Hajj Nasr sandwich bar you can try a delicious kafta sandwich, made from ground beef, finely chopped parsley, spices, and onions.
