Lord Forsyth: 'End uncertainty' on Scotland referendum

The former Scottish Secretary Lord Forsyth has challenged Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond to go for an early referendum on Scottish independence and "end uncertainty".

Mr Salmond was also questioned by David Dimbleby as to why he was not pushing ahead with a vote after winning such a substantial victory in the Scottish Parliament.
