Douglas Murray: Waterboarding 'a good call' if it saved lives

Former diplomat Sir Sherard Cowper-Coles and commentator Douglas Murray have clashed on BBC Question Time over the use of "waterboarding," an interrogation technique which simulates drowning.

Earlier this week, former US president George Bush claimed that the use of waterboarding had prevented attacks on the UK.

Douglas Murray claimed that the method had been "a good call" if it had saved lives.
