MPs clash over cancer 'target'

Question Time chair David Dimbleby had to intervene in a heated exchange between Cabinet Office Minister Francis Maude and Labour leadership hopeful Andy Burnham.

The pair were arguing over whether the coalition government was going to keep the two week waiting time target for cancer patients.
