Labour 'jobs tax' will 'kill recovery' - Theresa May

Labour's David Miliband defends plans to raise national insurance which have been criticised in a letter from 68 businessmen, saying it would damage the economy.

Theresa May says the tax rise will kill the recovery and defends Conservative plans to fill the funding hole by cutting down on government waste, but Miliband says that has not been properly explained.
