Lockerbie - the verdict
Wreck of the Pan Am aeroplane
Justice has been a long time coming
For the relatives of those who died in the Lockerbie bombing, it has been a long wait. Today, after a lengthy trial, a court gave them a culprit, Abdel Basset Ali Mohammed al-Megrahi, who was found guilty of the bombing.

Last May, when the trial started, PM reporter Jon Manel travelled to Camp Zeist with Betty Thomas, who lost both a daughter and a grand-daughter in the atrocity.

Jon went back to see her as she prepared herself to return for the verdict.
