Fairtrade: Faritrade fortnight runs from March 3 until March 16. The Fairtrade Foundation promotes the sale of goods which guarantee a better deal for farmers in the developing world.

Red Nose Day Fairtrade site: gives information as to why Comic Relief supports the fairtrade campaign.

Oxfam: is a development, relief, and campaigning organisation dedicated to finding lasting solutions to poverty and suffering around the world.

Action Aid: is the UK's largest development agency and works in more than 30 countries. It is taking part in fair trade fortnight.

Christian Aid: is another organisation taking part in fair trade fortnight. They are asking people to visit their website to send a postcard about fair trade to Tony Blair.

Red Nose Day 03: the BBC website for this year's Red Nose Day features information about Comic Relief, the programmes the BBC is showing as part of this year's appeal and how you can get involved.

DEFRA: is the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. You will be able to find the rules and restrictions regarding the importing of foreign foods into the UK.
