Ready, Steady, Trade
Antony Worrall Thompson

Panorama: Ready, Steady, Trade, was broadcast on Sunday, 9 March 2003 on BBC One.

For Comic Relief, Panorama sets celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson a challenge: to create a world-class meal from ingredients that reporter Steve Bradshaw has bought from some of the world's poorest farmers.

From voodoo villages in Haiti to tomato fields in Ghana. The film investigates whether we harm the world's poor more through unfair trade than we help them through aid.

Production team:
Reporter: Steve Bradshaw
Producer: Ian Stuttard
Assistant Producer: Jonathan Brunert
Editor: Mike Robinson
