WHERE IN THE WORLD IS OSAMA BIN LADEN?
Morgan Spurlock follows up his 2004 documentary hit Super Size Me with another personal crusade film, this time though he goes on a quest to find out Where In The World Is Osama Bin Laden?
The catalyst for the epic journey is the imminent birth of his first child and his wish to make the world a safer place to bring up his family.
Whilst seeking out the elusive terrorist he meets and greets the rational and radical communities of Israel, the Palestinian Territories, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan.
Where In The World Is Osama Bin Laden (12A), is on general release
UNPOPULAR CULTURE selected by GRAYSON PERRY
Artist Grayson Perry won the Turner Prize in 2003 for his ceramic works. For this exhibition he is in the role of curator and has chosen his highlights from the Arts Council Collection of British post war art.
Over 70 works are on display from artists including Anthony Caro, LS Lowry, Barbara Hepworth, Martin Parr, Henry Moore and Eduardo Paolozzi and also on display are two works by Perry, inspired by the experience of curating.
The exhibition's title refers to the curator's tendency to favour the quieter works of the period rather than the more headline grabbing works of Pop and the contemporary art scene.
Unpopular Culture is at De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill-on-Sea until July 6th and then tours the country until January 2010.
THAT FACE DUKE OF YORK'S THEATRE
Polly Stenham's debut play, That Face, had its premiere at the Royal Court Theatre upstairs in April last year and was such a success that it's now been transferred to the West End. Written when she was just 19, Stenham's portrayal of a dysfunctional wealthy middle-class family won her three major awards.
Jeremy Herrin directs the production which reunites most of the original cast. Lindsay Duncan reprises her role as Martha, the alcoholic mother who manipulates her children. Her son Henry (Matt Smith) has artistic ambitions but spends most of his time caring for his mother.
Henry's younger sister Mia (Hannah Murray) is in trouble for bullying at boarding school and Julian Wadham is Hugh, the father who returns to the family he abandoned to find them in disarray.
That Face continues at the Duke of York's Theatre in London until July.
BEIJING COMA by MA JIAN
