Sue Perkins
Sue Perkins was born September 22, 1969 in East Dulwich, London.

Sue is best known for being one half of comedy act Mel and Sue, with Mel Giedroyc.

Together they jumped and shouted and gurned through countless hours of television, notably Light Lunch and Late Lunch.

The two met whilst students at Cambridge, Sue being a student of New Hall, and were both members of Footlights.

As a solo performer Sue has presented three series of the Sky film show, Movie Babylon, and two series of Good Evening Rockall on BBC THREE.

She is currently chair of BBC Radio 4's The 99p Challenge, and is a panel member of Radio 4's The News Quiz.

She also appears regularly on Just A Minute, the Mark Radcliffe Show and It's Been a Bad Week (Radio 2).

Sue wrote and performed her first solo live stand up show at the Edinburgh Festival.

She performed around the UK in 2006 with The Disappointing Show tour.

Sue is currently writing a novel and a new stand up show for the autumn.
