Newsnight Saturday

Join Jeremy Paxman for the second in Newsnight's short series of Saturday election programmes.

This week Tom Parker-Bowles, the food columnist for the Mail on Sunday and Tatler magazine (and the son of Camilla), challenges the main political parties to rethink the way we grow, buy and consume our food in this country.

He makes three proposals that he believes will improve the way we eat and support the local farming community. He returns to the town where he grew up to see how his ideas would go down.

He'll be live in the studio discussing his ideas with Margaret Beckett, Tim Yeo and Norman Baker.

We also go live to Newsnight's Student House in Nottingham when Jeremy Paxman will interview the students.

And Michael Crick will chase the latest stories in the Newsnight helicopter.

That's all on Saturday 23 April at 5:30pm on BBC2.
