Why Philippines slum clearance creates new problems

Paul Mason visits the Philippines where the government has decided to clear half a million slum dwellers from the capital, Manila.

Half of the country's 16 million population live in slums, but as Mason discovers the new cities that the government is building to re-house its urban poor have their own problems.
