Scotland's wind powered and carbon neutral ice cream

Earlier this year the newly elected Scottish government led by First Minister Alex Salmond increased Scotland's ambitious 2020 renewable electricity target from 80% to 100%.

Allan Little visits an ice cream manufacturer in Aberdeenshire which is already entirely carbon neutral - producing 10 million litres of ice cream each year completely powered by the wind.

Watch Allan Little's film in full on Monday 4 July 2011 at 2230 on BBC Two and then afterwards on the BBC iPlayer and Newsnight website.
