BBC television presenter Miriam O'Reilly - fired from her job when it hit primetime scheduling and advised to seek cosmetic help - has won a landmark ruling accepting she was a victim of age discrimination.
The BBC has apologized to the Countryfile presenter - and reportedly offered her future work, as Matt Prodger reports.
