How cuts will change the capabilities of UK forces

The headline from the new government's defence policy, which it says will keep Britain "a first-rate power, is that we will have aircraft carriers, but not planes to fly from them.

Newsnight's Mark Urban picks through the detail of the strategic defence review, which the government says will leave Britain better defended despite significant cuts.
