UK and Taliban links of drone death man Abdul Jabbar

Richard Watson reveals fresh information about Abdul Jabbar, a British man killed in a Pakistan drone attack, which an intelligence source told Newsnight had been groomed to lead a terror splinter cell in the UK, called the Islamic Army of Great Britain.

Watson reports now on Jabbar's involvement with Taliban militants fighting against British and US forces in Afghanistan and his links to a wider network of British extremists.

The introduction is made by Gavin Esler.

Broadcast on Friday 8 October 2010.
