Sir Philip Green should pay UK tax - Vince Cable

The government has pledged to clamp down on tax evasion and avoidance, which cost the Treasury an estimated £14bn a year.

Business Secretary Vince Cable tells Kirsty Wark he would like to see billionaire Topshop owner Sir Philip Green - who is leading a government spending review - pay full UK taxes.
