Byrne on plan to cut NHS costs by reducing staff sickness

Newsnight's Jeremy Paxman is joined by Chief Secretary to the Treasury Liam Byrne, Philip Hammond his Conservative shadow, and Liberal Democrat Treasury spokesman Vince Cable to analyse the Budget, the last before the general election.
