Does US recognise threat from home grown terror?

The FBI is carrying out an investigation into whether it could have prevented the shootings in which 13 people were killed at Fort Hood army base in Texas. It has been revealed that the man accused of the murders had been in touch with a radical Moslem cleric and the FBI had been monitoring emails between the two.

Jeremy Paxman is joined by Michael Chertoff, US Secretary for Homeland Security under President George W Bush, to discuss if the US recognises the threat it faces from home grown terror.
