Hague defends 'pathetic' Europe policy

Shadow foreign secretary William Hague talks to Newsnight's Emily Maitlis about the Conservative party's decision to not hold a Lisbon Treaty referendum and he defends its pledge to claw back power from the EU if elected, a policy French government minister Pierre Lellouche has called "pathetic" and "autistic".
