MPs spitting blood over expenses cuts

Members of parliament spent Wednesday discovering what is likely to be left of their allowances after the expenses gravy train hit the buffers.

The recommendations on what they may be able to claim are expected to be published next week, but are leaking out in the best traditions of Westminster, as Michael Crick reports.
