Checking out change in Chechnya

The 10 year war in Chechnya is over - well, at least that is the official Russian version, proclaimed last month. But is it true? Rupert Wingfield Hayes travelled to the capital Grozny, once described as the most destroyed city on earth, and to the mountains, to find out if the war is really over, and, if so, who won?
