Mortgage interest rates are falling, with average fixed and tracker rates at their lowest level since 1988 say data analysts Moneyfacts

Interest rates are also falling on higher Loan-to-Value (LTV) mortgages and Moneyfacts say there are now 31 deals on offer with a 95% LTV.
