The rules about paternity leave and pay are changing next month and fathers, partners and civil partners may qualify.

Also in April, the right to request flexible working is being extended.

If you want to find out about your rights to paternity, maternity or adoption leave and pay you can call or e-mail our team of advisors.

Perhaps you want to find out about benefits for parents such as child benefit, tax credits or the sure start maternity grant?

Or maybe you are a small employer who needs advice?

Whatever your question about any aspect of maternity, paternity or adoption rights, Paul Lewis and guests will be available to help.

How much maternity or paternity pay are you entitled to?

What obligations do employee and employer have?

If you are adopting, does that affect your parental rights at work?

Is your entitlement different if you work part time?

Are you aware of benefits for new parents?

How are the rules about child benefit and tax credits changing?

What happens if you want to return to work?

Paul Lewis was joined by:

• Andrew Cowler, rights advisor, ACAS

• Will Hadwen, welfare advisor, Working Families

• Lucy McLynn, employment partner, Bates Wells & Braitwaite

Presenter: Paul Lewis
