You can buy your foreign currency and American Express travellers cheques from the Post Office in a number of ways:
Order online for collection at a Bureau de Change Post Office branches
Order at any Post Office branch or by calling 08458 500 900 then collect your money from a branch or have it delivered to your home
Buy on-the-spot at one of the "on-demand" Post Office branches - depending on the currency you require.
The Post Office cannot buy or sell coins and some low denomination notes. For more details call the helpline on 0845 8500 900.
