The experts: Michele Balfe, Rachel Hadwen and Dorothy Henderson

BBC Radio 4's Money Box Live was broadcast on Monday, 2 April 2007 at 1502 BST.

On Monday's Money Box Live, presenter Paul Lewis took your questions on maternity, paternity and adoption rights and put them to a panel of experts.

There are changes to the law on maternity leave and pay for babies due on or after 1 April, do you know how they will affect you?

If you are a new or expectant parent you may need advice about your employment rights or sources of financial support.

Perhaps your maternity leave is coming to an end and you are considering the costs and benefits of returning to work.

Or are you an employer who wants to know what your responsibilities are?

Our panel of experts were here to give advice.

Paul Lewis was joined by:

  • Rachel Hadwen, benefit specialist, Working Families
  • Michele Balfe, solicitor, Palmer Wade Solicitors
  • Dorothy Henderson, employment partner, Travers Smith

    Presenter: Paul Lewis
    Producer: Chris A'Court
