Send your questions on renting or letting to the experts

BBC Radio 4's Money Box Live was broadcast on Monday, 13 November 2006, at 1502 GMT.

On Monday's programme Vincent Duggleby took your questions on renting and letting and put them to a panel of experts.

Perhaps you are a tenant having problems with your landlord or letting agent.

Or a landlord who needs some advice about troublesome tenants.

And if you are thinking of investing in a rental property, do you know where to start?

Whatever your concern, our panel of experts were here to give you advice.

We were joined by:

  • Marveen Smith, partner, Pain Smith Solicitors
  • John Socha, vice chairman, National Landlords Association
  • Marcus Hodges, mortgage broker, Savills Private Finance

    Presenter: Vincent Duggleby
    Producer: Jessica Laugharne
