Customers trying to reclaim unfair bank charges by going to court have come across a set-back.

Some people have now been told their claims can not go ahead until a test case has been heard.

Meanwhile the financial regulator has indicated that banks which have been closing the accounts of customers who take them to court, could be breaking the Banking Code.

A new HM Revenue & Customs scheme aims to help taxpayers who've filled in forms incorrectly.

We investigated claims that the plans may lead to confusion and anxiety.
