To trace an old pension you have lost track of call the Pension Schemes Registry: 0191 225 6316 from Monday to Friday 0900-1700 GMT

If you would like to apply for pension credit, you can do so by calling: 0800 99 1234.

The line is open from 0800-2000 GMT, Monday to Friday; and 0900-1300 GMT on Saturday.

If you have speech or hearing difficulties, the textphone number is 0800 169 0133.

When you call, you will need your National Insurance number, and information about any income, savings and investments.
