Japan 'underestimates' nuclear threat

Japan underestimated the threat tsunamis pose to its nuclear plants - that's according to a draft report from the UN's nuclear energy agency, the IAEA.

Its report looks into the nuclear crisis triggered by the earthquake and tsunami which struck Japan in March. The response to the nuclear incident is called exemplary.

Mike Weightman, leader of the IAEA's fact finding team to Japan, tells IMPACT how this report in intended to apply to the nuclear industry as a whole.
