Rwanda 'meddling' in DR Congo's internal affairs

An armed rebellion in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo - on the Rwandan border- has already forced hundreds of thousands to flee.

The DR Congo Minister for Foreign Affairs, Raymond Tshibanda, tells Stephen Sackur that the army is not only facing numerous rebellious groups in the Kivus, but that it is also dealing with a foreign army, which he says is Rwandan.
