Sir Michael Barber has advised governments around the world about education.
He currently works for the international company Pearson which recently announced it would invest millions in private schools for the world's poorest families.
He says - as a former education policy adviser in the UK - that the former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair's education reforms did not go far enough.
