Rwanda's Paul Kagame denies backing DR Congo rebels

Rwanda's President Paul Kagame has categorically denied any involvement with rebels fighting in the neighbouring DR Congo.

The allegations have been made by the UN and DR Congo's government but the President told HARDtalk's Zeinab Badawi he did not and had no intention of supporting the rebel group known as M23
