The Russian banker Andrey Kostin has joined calls for the release of the oil mogul Mikhail Khodorkovsky. A critic of the Kremlin and once Russia's richest man, Khodorkovsky was found guilty of embezzlement in 2010 and has been in jail since his first conviction of fraud and tax evasion in 2005.
Mr Kostin, the president and chairman of VTB Bank told HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur that "enough is enough" and it would be useful if President Putin were to free him now.
