Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson: How I would create jobs

Iron Maiden is one of the most successful heavy metal bands ever, selling over 80 million albums, but lead singer Bruce Dickinson also has a second career as a pilot and businessman.

As he prepares to launch an aircraft maintenance business and pilot school, he talks to HARDtalk's Sarah Montague about how the UK government needs to be "courageous" in offering tax breaks for entrepreneurs.
