'Revolution' in funding social projects

One of Britain's most innovative business leaders and a pioneer of venture capitalism, Sir Ronald Cohen, is now committed to the idea of social investment, or capitalism with a conscience.

Sir Ronald tells HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur why he believes the UK government is "out of cash and out of breath" when tackling social issues and that investing in social projects can make a profit.
