Zambian vice president: Too much pessimism over Africa

Rating agency Fitch has downgraded its outlook for Zambia but the country's new vice president Guy Scott says 'people are too inclined to pessimism'.

Mr Scott, a trained scientist, an ex-farmer and the most senior white official in post-colonial Africa told HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur the downgrading was not good professionalism by the ratings agency.
